As a Pastry Chef who worked in some of the top bakeries and restaurants from Paris and Las Vegas to Los Angeles, and who led the pastry program at a Two-Star Michelin restaurant, Uyen learned that even the simplest of things, when handcrafted with love and attention, will bring the most joy.
Jeff spent a decade on Wall Street before moving to California to pursue his passion for the hospitality industry. His finance and operating experience pair nicely with Uyen’s culinary background. And of course, he is also the chief quality controller for Jeff’s Double Chocolate Chip cookies!
Our flagship bakery at 62 Elm St. in the heart of Westfield’s gorgeous downtown is now open! Our entire menu, from hearth baked breads and artisan sandwiches to seasonal pies and pastries, is handcrafted in-house using time honored techniques and premium ingredients.
