They hand make the most scrumptious pastries, everything from light and perfectly tart lemon meringues to fluffy yet crisp almond croissants to perfect brioche donuts. Upcoming classes (all 5–7pm):

🍞 Bread Making 101 — Feb 19
Explore yeasted dough techniques through hands-on baking of Parker House rolls and burger buns to take home, followed by a behind-the-scenes pretzel demo with Chef Uyen.

✨NEW ✨ 🍞 Bread Making 102 — Feb 26
The next step after 101, or a great option if you already have some bread experience. We’ll work on more advanced breads like challah and kaiser rolls, with hands-on baking and your own bread to take home.

🎂 Cake Decorating — March 12
Build your own 6” cake while learning the basics of cake assembly, frosting, and decorating techniques.

🥧 Pies & Tarts — March 19
Learn traditional crusts and seasonal fruit fillings, then head home with a pie of your own to enjoy.
